Job Description:
As a Graduate Software Engineer at QualMinds, you will be an essential part of our

Responsibilities:
•
Software Development
: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test,
and maintain software solutions that meet business requirements.

Coding:
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages such as
[C#.Net, Java, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL Server]
•
Problem Solving
: Analyze complex technical problems and propose innovative solutions
while adhering to best practices.
•
Testing:
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and participate in quality assurance
activities to ensure the reliability and robustness of software applications.

Documentation
: Document code, processes, and procedures to maintain a comprehensive
knowledge base for future reference.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders
to understand project requirements and contribute to software design.

Continuous Learning
: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices
to continuously improve your skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, or a related
field with 75% of aggregate throughout the academics, who passed out in 2024/25.
2. Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
3. Technical exposure on C# .Net, Java, Python, HTML, CSS, Javascript & SQL Server.
4. Good understanding of Linux, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker)
5. Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking skills and strong communication skills.
6. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
7. Passion for software development and a desire to build innovative solutions.
