Role Overview:
Looking for an Associate SDR to drive lead generation for staff augmentation services in the ISV/SaaS segment (US market) through targeted outreach and pipeline building.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and reach out to ISV/SaaS companies in the US
Execute multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls)
Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers
Re-engage dormant leads and maintain CRM hygiene
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in SDR / Inside Sales / Lead Gen
Experience in US market outreach (SaaS preferred)
Strong communication and outreach skills
Familiarity with IT services / staff augmentation
Comfortable working in night shifts
Good to Have:
Experience with tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
