Job Role: Associate Sales Coordinator
You should apply if you have:
- Experience in FMCG, Pharma, Nutraceutical, or Healthcare industry preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM software is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for coordinating with team members, distributors, retailers, and cross-functional teams
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Ownership-driven attitude—comfortable taking charge of projects end-to-end
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines

- Avoid negotiation, communication, or distributor interaction
Skills Required:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling.
- Team management and coordination ability.
What will you do?
- Coordinate with sales team for daily sales activities and follow-ups.
- Maintain sales reports, order records, and customer databases.
- Process orders and coordinate dispatch with logistics/warehouse teams.
- Follow up on pending payments, orders, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, target reports, and MIS reports.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues promptly.
- Coordinate with distributors, dealers, and clients regarding stock availability and order status.
- Support sales managers in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, payments, and sales records.
- Monitor sales team attendance, tour plans, and reporting systems.
- Communicate promotional schemes and product updates to the sales team and customers.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience
Working days: Monday - Saturday
Location: Okhla Phase 1 (Work from Office)
