Toddle also offers student-facing AI Tutors, enabling highly personalized and immersive learning experiences.
Third, Toddle integrates seamlessly with the broader school technology ecosystem. The platform supports 50+ integrations across SIS platforms, content providers, data & integration platforms, and workspaces such as Google, Apple, and Microsoft.

Here’s what you’ll be doing
We're looking for a detail-oriented,
Associate Program Manager – Data Services
to support the planning,execution and automation of data-focused programs across the Data Services and Success Operations Team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Manage timelines of tasks, project plans, risk logs, and status reports across data service initiatives.
Leading teams dedicated to specific projects
Coordinate between technical and Data Services teams to align priorities and remove blockers
Prepare and present program updates to senior stakeholders
Support Leads with Projects, automate workflows using Ai
Define SOPs and maintain documentation,and dashboards.
Track KPIs and SLAs for data services, flagging risks proactively
Manage and master tools like Click Up,Claude, Vitally, Hubspot etc.
Is this someone that looks like you?
Experience: 1–3 years in Program management / project management in a highly dynamic start up environment.
Familiarity with data analysis, working with AI to execute tasks Strong communication skills and comfort to collaborate across teams
Built and optimized processes and led teams in the past
