About the Role
We are looking for an APM to perform B2B Training Engagement daily activities.
Assistant Program Manager responsibilities include Interacting with clients for training delivery, updating participants records, scheduling of training sessions for participants and Trainers, Calibration calls with clients for programs, Collecting Feedback of the trainings from participants, Sending performance reports to the clients. Interacting with clients & their employees and help to adapt in the environment of learning.

Ultimately, you will assist in coordinating with different teams and help us make our clients experience more effectively.
Responsibilities
Connecting with Clients for training delivery post acknowledgment of training.
Update our internal databases with participants profile etc.
Connecting with trainers for delivery of the program.
Schedule the calendar for trainer and participants.
Calibration calls with clients and after completion feedback.
Sending regular performance reports with clients on the training programs.
Collecting feedback for each session.
Responding to client queries related to delivery of the program.
Responding to participants related to the training content or any technical challenges.
Requirements
Understanding of client engagement (B2B).
Organizational skills
Experience in MS Office (Mandatory)
Solid verbal and written communication skills
