Role Overview
As
Senior
Associate – PrISE Incubation Program
, you will support the operational and engagement aspects of the incubation journey. You’ll work closely with incubated enterprises, program facilitators, mentors, and the internal team to ensure smooth delivery, active participation, and effective tracking of the cohort’s progress.

○ Support incubation of social enterprises under PrISE
○ Strengthen impact investment readiness of incubatees
○ Ensure efficient program delivery within budget and timelines

Roles & Responsibilities
:
○ Handhold incubatees to strengthen business models
○ Coordinate program implementation & monitoring
○ Connect incubatees with mentors, investors, partners
○ Track revenue growth and social impact metrics
●
Candidate Profile
:
○ Master’s degree in social entrepreneurship/management/development studies
○ Strong understanding of startup incubation and social enterprise ecosystem
○ Excellent program coordination, research, and reporting skills
●
KRAs (Expected Outcomes)
:
○ Incubatees doubling their revenues within program cycle
○ At least 2–3 impact investment linkages facilitated annually
○ Program implemented at optimal budget with measurable social impact
