Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Operations Management Associate
with 3–4 years of experience in managing day-to-day operations, inventory flow, and process optimization. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of supply chain coordination, execution efficiency, and data-driven operations planning.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage
end-to-end operational activities
, including inventory movement, order processing, and fulfillment coordination
Monitor key
operational KPIs
such as inventory turnover, fill rate, order accuracy, and lead time adherence
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (warehouse, procurement, logistics, and marketplace teams) to ensure smooth operations
Identify process gaps and implement
efficiency improvement initiatives
Ensure optimal
inventory utilization
by reducing overstock, stockouts, and aging inventory
Track production and replenishment plans to align with demand forecasts
Prepare and maintain
MIS reports and dashboards
for performance tracking
Manage vendor and logistics coordination to ensure timely inbound and outbound operations
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or related field
3–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or inventory management roles
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
Solid understanding of inventory planning, demand forecasting, and warehouse operations
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
