Associate, part of the Marketing Support Team (MST), will provide marketing and communications support in delivering the firm’s Marketing activities, working closely with industry and regional marketing teams within Growth.
Work you'll do
As an Associate, Marketing on the Marketing Support Team (MST) team, you will be responsible for:
Drafting and editing marketing content for internal and external audiences, including email invitations, social media posts, web pages, blogs, and campaign communications
Managing customer relationship management (CRM) activities, including list cleansing, contact database maintenance, and target segment list creation
Supporting end-to-end event execution, including scheduling, venue coordination, approvals, registration management, vendor coordination, speaker support, and post-event reporting
Maintaining shared mailboxes and responding to or routing inquiries to the appropriate point of contact in a timely manner
Preparing campaign dashboards, updating intranet and extranet content, and conducting competitor and market research to support marketing decisions
The team
The Marketing Support Team provides crucial support to successfully deliver various marketing activities across the industry and the regional marketing groups in Clients & Markets. The team liaises with various internal teams to deliver the marketing activities, adhering to the Deloitte brand.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
1-3 years of experience in marketing support, marketing operations, campaign coordination, or communications
Postgraduate degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a similar business discipline
Experience drafting or editing marketing content for email, web, social media, or campaign communications
Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) tools for contact list management, data maintenance, or segmentation
Experience supporting event planning or event operations, including registrations, scheduling, approvals, or vendor coordination
Experience preparing campaign reports, dashboards, or response tracking for stakeholders
Experience conducting competitor, market, or desktop research and summarizing findings for business or marketing teams
Preferred:
MBA in Marketing
Experience working with generative artificial intelligence tools in a marketing or communications environment
Experience supporting marketing activities in a professional services organization
Experience working with multiple stakeholders across a matrixed organization
Experience managing website, intranet, or extranet content updates
Experience supporting integrated campaigns across email, web, events, and social channels
