<div>The Associate Integration Architect is responsible for designing and delivering integration solutions. The role<br>involves understanding business requirements, defining integration workflows, and ensuring successful<br>implementation. It acts as a bridge between business, customers, and engineering teams to deliver scalable<br>and efficient solutions.</div>

<div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Engage with customers to understand business use cases, system landscape, and integration requirements</li>
<li>Conduct functional and technical discovery sessions to identify integration touchpoints and constraints</li>
<li>Engage in pre-sales discussions to understand customer systems, technical constraints, and integration requirements, and contribute to solution design</li>
<li>Perform API feasibility analysis to assess compatibility between customer systems and platform capabilities</li>
<li>Design high-level integration solutions across interfaces such as REST APIs, XML APIs, Kafka, SFTP, SQS, etc.</li>
<li>Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define scalable and future-ready solutions</li>
<li>Provide solution approaches, estimations, and technical inputs during requirement discussions</li>
<li>Define end-to-end integration workflows, including data flow, transformation logic, and orchestration</li>
<li>Create detailed API and data mappings aligning customer systems with platform APIs (e.g., Anchanto APIs)</li>
<li>Design parameter-level mappings and transformation rules to ensure accurate data exchange</li>
<li>Identify and implement appropriate integration patterns (real-time, batch, event-driven)</li>
<li>Ensure solutions meet scalability, performance, and security standards</li>
<li>Prepare Solution Design Documents (SDDs) covering architecture, workflows, and mappings</li>
<li>Conduct grooming sessions with engineering teams to ensure clarity on solution design and implementation</li>
<li>Act as a bridge between customer stakeholders and internal engineering teams</li>
<li>Support development, testing, and go-live by resolving integration and design-related challenges</li>
<li>Validate integration flows and assist in troubleshooting issues</li>
<li>Analyse existing integrations, recommend improvements, and support enhancements or changes</li>
<li>Extract and understand integration logic from existing codebases when required</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Key Skills & Competencies</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of API-based integrations and system interoperability</li>
<li>Experience with integration patterns (real-time, asynchronous, event-driven, batch)</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with REST APIs, API design, and backend technologies (e.g., Java)</li>
<li>Familiarity with Kafka, SQS, and file-based integrations like SFTP</li>
<li>Ability to design data mappings, transformations, and integration workflows</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for complex integration scenarios</li>
<li>Good understanding of scalability, performance, and security considerations</li>
<li>Effective communication skills to work with both technical and business stakeholders</li>
<li>Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Position (Minimum) Requirements:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>5–8 years of experience in API integrations, including API design and development</li>
<li>Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field</li>
<li>2–3 years of experience working with supply chain or e-commerce applications such as OMS, WMS, TMS, or planning systems</li>
<li>Experience integrating with enterprise systems including ERP platforms, e-commerce platforms, 3PL providers, and marketplace channels (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart)</li>
<li>Strong understanding of API-based integrations and system interoperability</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with REST APIs, API design principles, and backend technologies (e.g., Java)</li>
<li>Experience with integration patterns such as real-time, asynchronous, event-driven, and batch processing</li>
<li>Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka, SQS, and file-based integrations (SFTP)</li>
<li>Ability to design data mappings, transformations, and end-to-end integration workflows</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex integration scenarios</li>
<li>Good understanding of scalability, performance, and security considerations</li>
<li>Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and practical technical solutions</li>
<li>Effective communication skills to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders</li>
