Work you'll do
As an Associate, Talent Development on the Communication Excellence team, you will be responsible for delivering learning experiences, coaching professionals, and supporting program operations across the DLHP portfolio.
Facilitate live in-person and virtual learning programs on Core Language Proficiency and Advanced Business Communication for professionals across levels in the firm
Provide 1:1 and group coaching on language proficiency, cultural nuances, executive presence, and leadership attributes, and support professionals in applying learning on the job
Support scheduling activities across locations, improve scheduling processes, create utilization reports, and execute certification and CPE activities
Collaborate with Talent Services teams on participant communications, facilitator coordination, curriculum administration, and overall program experience
Design and manage course content, gather feedback from participants and instructors, measure program impact, and support digital and social learning needs using technology tools
The team
Communication Excellence (CE) is part of DLHP. CE helps businesses take a more strategic view of their communication development with structured and tangible solutions, collaborating and performance consulting.
Location: Hyderabad, India
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
2-4 years of experience in learning and development, talent development, facilitation, coaching, instructional design, business communication, or program coordination
Experience facilitating live in-person and virtual learning programs
Experience providing 1:1 and group coaching
Experience using adult learning principles and instructional design methods
Experience supporting scheduling, reporting, certification, or curriculum administration activities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, generative artificial intelligence tools, and learning technology platforms
Preferred:
Experience working in a learning and development organization
Experience in consulting or professional services
CELTA certification
IELTS qualification
