Brief Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise and consultation during the pre-sales process.
Understand customer requirements, analyze needs, and propose suitable solutions from Matrix's product portfolio.
Conduct product demonstrations, POCs (Proof of Concept), and technical presentations for clients.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop competitive proposals and ensure solution feasibility.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical documentation and solutions.
Stay updated on the latest product features and industry trends to provide cutting-edge solutions.
Flexibility to travel occasionally, as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related fields.
Relevant experience in a technical pre-sales role, preferably in telecom, security, or IT solutions.
Strong understanding of enterprise communication, security, and network solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams
