Role overview
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, Apex, Lightning, and integrations.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC/Aura).
Design and implement scalable solutions on Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
Work on triggers, batch classes, and asynchronous processing.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
Perform code reviews, testing, and deployment.
Maintain data integrity and follow Salesforce best practices.
Troubleshoot bugs and provide production support.
Required skills:
Strong experience in:
Apex programming
Lightning Web Components (LWC) or Aura
SOQL/SOSL
Understanding of:
Salesforce data model and security (profiles, roles, sharing rules)
Workflows, Process Builder / Flow
Experience with integration tools/APIs.
Familiarity with Git / version control.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools is a plus.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
Nice to have skills:
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I / Administrator).
Experience with CI/CD tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or external integration frameworks.
Exposure to advanced automation or DevOps practices.
Must have skills:
