Hiring Associate Director, Enterprise Sales At Procol.AI, we are seeking a highly experienced and results - driven Associate Director – Sales to lead enterprise growth through strategic deal making. This is a senior individual contributor role, responsible for owning and closing large, complex sales opportunities with high - value enterprise clients. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in enterprise SaaS sales, with a proven track record of navigating long-cycle, consultative sales processes and engaging senior decision - makers such as CPOs, CFOs, and Heads of Operations. This role is best suited for a self-starter with deep commercial acumen, who thrives in high-ownership, high impact environments. What you'll do  Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our presence in the India and Probably International regions, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.  Drive the acquisition of new enterprise customers by effectively articulating the value proposition of our B2B SaaS solutions.  Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term success and customer satisfaction.  Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's growth objectives, market trends, and customer needs.  Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales performance to the executive team.  Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and product feedback loop.  Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovation.  Display enthusiasm for team building and actively participate in the hiring process.  Should have a willingness to travel. Key Responsibilities:  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).  5 to 8 years of proven experience in Sales with at least 4 years in B2B SaaS sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.  Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate sales professionals.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.  Deep understanding of the Indian and possibly international market with a network of relevant industry contacts.  Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans.  Results-oriented mindset and a commitment to driving revenue growth.  Willingness to travel as required.
