Your Team Team of circa 40 individuals, dedicated to supporting Private Market Operations globally. The team covers a very wide range of activities, from UW and performance measurement to Investors reporting, including data governance and management. Your Role Lead and manage multiple teams within our Private Market Operations function in Hyderabad (Performance, Research, Operations, Marketing, UW, etc). This role is pivotal in driving strategic direction, operational excellence, and talent development across the business. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, deep domain expertise, and a collaborative mindset to support our global growth and transformation agenda. Strategic Leadership & Execution · Define and execute the strategic roadmap for HYD Private Market Operations in alignment with global objectives. · Drive operational efficiency, scalability, and innovation across teams and processes. · Collaborate with senior stakeholders across regions to ensure alignment and delivery of key initiatives. Team & People Management · Lead and mentor multiple teams across operational functions, fostering a high-performance culture. · Oversee headcount planning, recruitment, onboarding, and career development strategies. · Promote diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement across the Hyderabad office. Operational Excellence · Ensure timely and accurate execution of private market transactions, reporting, and client servicing. · Implement and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and quality control measures to maintain service excellence. · Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Transformation & Change Management · Champion process improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. · Lead change management efforts to support new systems, workflows, and organizational changes. Stakeholder Engagement · Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders · Represent Hyderabad operations in global forums and contribute to cross-functional projects. The Experience You Bring 10+ years of experience in financial services, with a strong background in private markets or asset management operations in an international environment. Proven track record in managing large teams and complex operational environments.  Strong understanding of real estate and fund structures. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with global delivery models and working in a matrixed organization is preferred. ·Perfectly fluent in English Academic requirements Master’s degree or an equivalent certificate in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Mathematics.
