We are looking for a Associate Director - Banking to lead and scale SatSure’s Banking business in India. This is a strategic leadership role with P&L ownership, responsible for driving revenue growth, deepening relationships with financial institutions, and building scalable solutions across lending, risk, and portfolio analytics.
Our Banking vertical focuses on enabling data-driven lending, risk assessment, portfolio monitoring, and financial inclusion, particularly across agri and rural ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:
Own and deliver the P&L for the Banking (India) vertical.
Define and execute the banking GTM strategy across PSU banks, private banks, NBFCs, and fintechs.
Drive revenue growth, pipeline creation, and large deal closures across enterprise accounts.
Build and manage CXO-level relationships across banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
Identify and scale opportunities in:
Agri & rural lending
Credit risk & underwriting
Portfolio monitoring & early warning systems
Climate risk & ESG-linked financing
Expand SatSure’s presence across large strategic accounts and new logos.
Work closely with product and data teams to shape solutions aligned to banking workflows.
Drive adoption of SatSure’s offerings in:
Risk scoring
Geo-intelligence for lending
Portfolio monitoring & compliance
Build partnerships with LOS/LMS platforms, Banking tech providers, Consulting and advisory firms
Enable co-selling and distribution-led growth.
Collaborate with the Agri Business team to build integrated Agri Banking solutions.
Provide structured market feedback to influence product roadmap.
Build and lead a high-performing banking sales and account management team.
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA/PGDM or equivalent (preferred).
8–12 years of experience in banking, fintech, or analytics sales, with strong exposure to financial services.
Proven experience in enterprise sales to banks/NBFCs and managing large, complex deals.
Strong understanding of:
Lending lifecycle
Credit risk frameworks
Agri/rural finance (preferred and highly relevant)
Consulting background (good to have), especially in financial services.
Demonstrated experience in building and scaling a business vertical.
