About the Digital Public Health Program
TAF’s Digital Public Health Program (DPHP) is building the next generation of scalable, interoperable digital health systems, combining conversational AI, WhatsApp-based workflow automation, data pipelines, and decision-support tools. These systems are designed for real-world, low-resource settings and aim to support frontline workers and health systems in delivering timely, high-quality care.
We are an early-stage but rapidly scaling team, building at the intersection of public health, technology, and behaviour change. This requires individuals who can take ownership, solve problems independently, learn quickly, and operate comfortably in ambiguity while shaping evolving systems.
Role Overview
This role functions as a central coordination and execution layer within the digital team, supporting leadership and ensuring alignment across programs, products, and partnerships. You will work across teams to track progress, solve problems, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do
Track programs, grants, reporting and deliverables
Support the CSO with structured analysis and decision inputs
Identify gaps and ensure follow-through
Coordinate across product, program, communications and data teams
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Economics, Business, Public Policy or similar)
1–4 years in consulting/startups/program roles
Strong problem-solving and structured thinking
Tools: Excel/Google Sheets (strong), presentations
Comfort working with data and digital tools and leveraging AI
