Role Overview
The Customer Support Associate will serve as a key liaison between Instantpay and its customers, delivering accurate product and service information while resolving issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will uphold excellent service standards, respond promptly to customer inquiries, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chats.
Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, complete, and valid information using the appropriate tools and methods.
Handle customer complaints, offer effective solutions and alternatives within defined timeframes, and follow up to ensure issue resolution.
Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
Go the extra mile to engage and delight customers.
Monitor real-time transactional queues and investigate/analyze reported fraud cases.
Collaborate closely with the Operations team, including assisting Financial Operations with reporting and reconciliation tasks.
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy and patience.
Effective problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think quickly in challenging situations.
Proficiency with CRM or customer support software.
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
Working Conditions
Office-based role.
Rotational shifts (Morning, Evening, and Night) with weekend availability to support customer needs.
