The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end social media strategy, execution, and client servicing. This role requires strong client-facing skills, cross team coordination, and the ability to deliver high-quality social media campaigns across diverse industries. The position is based out of Kolkata and will directly manage projects from renowned clientele. Key Responsibilities Client Management & Servicing · Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications, calls, and presentations. · Understand client objectives, translate them into actionable social media strategies, and ensure timely delivery. · Provide periodic performance reports, insights, and recommendations. Content Planning & Execution · Develop monthly social media calendars aligned with brand objectives and seasonal and/or latest trends. · Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and other creative team members for content creation. · Oversee and execute content publishing, monitoring, and performance tracking across platforms. Project Management · Manage end-to-end social media activities for 3-4 assigned brands. · Ensure timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met. · Collaborate with internal teams to drive creative, engaging, and on-brand content. Strategic Input · Identify new opportunities for campaign amplification and platform innovations. · Support the Business Manager in client pitches, proposals, and strategy decks. Requirements · Minimum 3 years of social media management experience in a digital marketing agency. · Proven track record of handling client accounts independently. · Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). · Excellent communication, presentation, and client-servicing skills. · Ability to work with creative and copy teams to deliver high-quality output. · Strong organizational and project management skills. · Analytical mindset to track performance and optimize campaigns.
