<p>The Application Reliability Engineer plays a critical role in driving technical escalations and platform reliability within the Engineering and Solutions organization, directly shaping how we deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for our clients while maintaining operational excellence across the platform. In this role, you’ll sit at the center of the organization, partnering closely with engineering, product, and client-facing teams to drive rapid resolution of complex technical issues, streamline escalation management, and enable continuous platform improvements. <h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Provide platform-wide technical support and deliver solutions for internal stakeholders</li>
<li>Manage and resolve assigned tickets from the support queue (~80%) within defined SLAs</li>
<li>Execute operational tasks (client setup changes, configuration updates)</li>
<li>Assist in incident investigation and RCA with guidance</li>
<li>Perform data validation, basic analysis, and troubleshooting</li>
<li>Collaborate with Engineering for issue resolution and fix validation</li>
<li>Contribute to documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base updates</li>
<li>Support R&D initiatives (~20%) through execution (scripts, analysis, testing)</li>
<li>Use and maintain existing scripts/tools to improve efficiency</li>
<li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams for ticket follow-ups and updates</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Education & Requirements</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Education:</li>
<ul>
<li>Preferred: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or similar analytical/technical disciplines</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or a related field with demonstrated technical exposure</li>
</ul>
<li>Experience:</li>
<ul>
<li>2–3 years of experience in customer application escalations, technical solutions, or customer-facing support roles</li>
<li>Experience working with AdTech platforms or technical product support environments is highly preferred</li>
</ul>
<li>Technical Skills & Capabilities:</li>
<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern production tech stacks</li>
<li>Hands-on experience or familiarity with datastores and querying frameworks (e.g., MySQL)</li>
<li>Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or PHP</li>
<li>Experience with data analysis and visualization tools like Excel, Looker, or Omni</li>
<li>AI awareness and practical application skills, with the ability to leverage AI tools and solutions to work more efficiently, automate tasks, and enhance personal productivity</li>
<li>Fluent in English, both spoken & written</li>
</ul>
