Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager - Room Sales

Job Purpose
Within the framework of the sales policy, manage and implement sales and distribution strategy in his business scope (Segment or region) in order to increase the total sales volume and hotel Market Share.

Primary Responsibilities
•Understanding the global Accor sales strategy and distribution channels
•Being able to translate the strategy into a hotel approach
•Working with various hotel teams to achieve goals
•Collaborating permanently with the Account Managers and hotel teams in order to preserve the “one face to the customer” strategy.
Other Responsibilities
Financial
Achieve business targets by managing the total revenue and Market share, develop where possible sales through TARS connected channels, in favor of hotel direct channels.
Operational
Define and implement the hotel sales strategy in accordance with the country/brand global strategy
Identify business opportunities and ensure clients loyalty in the hotel through the promotion and enrolment to Accor loyalty programs.
Business plan /Analysis
Track, analyse and report business trends in the market with some appropriate recommendations for new opportunities through the use of ANAIS.
Team Management
Shadowing new joiners in the Sales Team.
General Duty
Ensure that a “Sales culture & performance” is spread in the hotel, through the participation in Sales & Revenue meetings and regular information provided to the hotel teams
