<p><br>Primary Responsibilities <br>• Biometric & Access Management: Manage biometric attendance systems and <br>employee access control. Activate access for new joiners and deactivate access for <br>exiting employees. Coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting of biometric devices. <br>Maintain and update biometric and access trackers. <br>• CCTV Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor CCTV systems and ensure proper <br>functioning. Maintain CCTV time synchronization and recording accuracy. Coordinate <br>with vendors/service providers for maintenance and issue resolution. <br>• Security & Housekeeping Coordination: Supervise security and housekeeping <br>operations. Manage attendance and manpower allocation for security/HK staff. <br>Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency. <br>• Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for quotations, purchase orders, and <br>service requests. Manage order processing and follow-up activities. Maintain vendor <br>records and ensure timely service delivery. <br>• Invoice & Finance Coordination: Verify and process invoices accurately. Maintain <br>invoice trackers and documentation. Coordinate with the finance team for timely <br>submission and processing. </p>
<p>Secondary Responsibilities <br>• Stock & Inventory Management: Maintain stock records and inventory trackers. <br>Monitor stock availability and place orders as required. Ensure proper documentation <br>and tracking of assets/materials. <br>• Telecom Management: Handle telecom-related activities for Airtel, BSNL, and other <br>service providers. Track telecom payments and billing records. Coordinate issue <br>resolution with telecom vendors. <br>• Petty Cash & Credit Card Management: Maintain petty cash and corporate credit card <br>expense records. Update trackers and supporting documents regularly. Submit reports <br>and expense details to the finance department. <br>• Employee Transportation Coordination: Arrange cab services for employees as <br>required. Coordinate with transport vendors and ensure timely availability. <br>• QA & Audit Support: Maintain operational documentation as per organizational <br>requirements. Prepare and update PowerPoint presentations and reports for audits. <br>Support audit activities with accurate records and documentation. </p>
<p>Candidate’s Profile <br>• Graduation or Diploma in any discipline. <br>• Candidates staying close to the office location will be preferred. </p>
