Here, creativity and fun go hand in hand Your Role at Innocean As a Mid-Level Strategy & Planning Executive with 4–7 years of experience, you will be a strategic architect behind brand direction, campaign frameworks, and creative storytelling. Your role will span designing robust strategies, mentoring junior strategists, and being the strategic conscience across teams and channels. Core Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Brand Positioning: Lead the development of evidence-based brand strategies, guiding campaign architecture through deep consumer insight, market understanding, and cultural fluency. Insight & Research Direction: Oversees or designs qualitative and quantitative research initiatives—including focus groups, trend tracking, competitor benchmarking, and consumer behavior analysis—to shape strategic thinking. Creative Brief Ideation: Formulate brief narratives that clearly articulate brand purpose and campaign direction, motivating creative teams while aligning with overarching objectives. Cross-Functional Strategy Enablement: Partner closely with creative directors, account leads, media planners, and insight teams to ensure strategy-to-execution alignment and excellence across all touchpoints. Trend Curatorship: Continuously monitor cultural, consumer, and industry trends, translating shifts into strategic opportunities and innovations. Campaign Performance Evaluation: Define strategic KPIs, track campaign effectiveness, and iterate strategy based on performance data and consumer feedback. Mentorship & Strategic Culture: Guide junior strategists, fostering strategic craftsmanship, critical thinking, and agency-wide strategy literacy. Who We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Psychology, Sociology, or related field. Experience: 7–10 years in strategic planning, brand strategy, or insight roles within advertising or marketing agencies. Key Competencies: Strategic vision and deep curiosity about consumer and cultural dynamics. Analytical rigor and the ability to distill complex research into insight-led strategy. Exceptional communication skills with persuasive presentation capability. Facility in writing compelling creative briefs and steering integrated campaigns. Highly organized, proactive, and efficient under pressures and timelines. Cross-functional collaborator and emerging mentor with influence across teams.
