Who Can Apply

Key Responsibility
Lead and manage the complete product development process from ideation to commercialization
Develop project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of new product launch
Research emerging beauty trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity in color cosmetics
Collaborate with Marketing to identify gaps and opportunities in the product portfolio
Partner with R&D to conceptualize and test formulations that align with brand guidelines and quality standards
Work with packaging team to develop aesthetically appealing and functional packaging solutions
Negotiate costs and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery
Ensure all products comply with local and global regulatory standards, including labelling and safety requirements.
Oversee stability testing, safety testing, and consumer trials to ensure product efficacy and satisfaction
Ensure continuous quality checks during and post-production phases
Work with the Marketing and Sales teams to create product launch strategi
Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure a seamless transition to mass production
Monitor budgets for product development, including formulations, testing, and packaging
Provide regular updates on costs and work to optimize resources
Qualifications & Experience
MBA/Master’s/Bachelor's degree in Cosmetics Science, Chemistry, or related field
3-8 years of experience in New Product Development within the cosmetics, beauty, or Skin/Personal Care industry
Strong knowledge of formulation development and packaging processes for color cosmetics
