Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach in assigned territory.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and customer requirements.
Support the sales team in lead generation, conversion, and customer acquisition.
Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the market.
Coordinate with operations and service teams for smooth customer experience.
Prepare daily sales reports, market feedback, and MIS updates.
Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and field marketing initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of sales and market operations.
Ability to manage dealer and channel relationships.
Target-driven and self-motivated approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Problem-solving and team coordination skills.
Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred).
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Channel Sales, Territory Sales, or Business Development.
Experience in EV, Automobile, Battery, or related industries will be preferred.
Candidate should possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler (preferred).

Strong local market knowledge of Gwalior region.
Experience in handling dealers/distributors.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
