This role is often the first point of contact between GoKwik and potential merchants. Every conversation helps merchants discover solutions that can improve their checkout experience, reduce RTO, and drive growth. By identifying the right opportunities and guiding prospects through the sales process, the Sales Development Executive directly contributes to expanding GoKwik’s merchant ecosystem and revenue pipeline.
What You’ll Own
Lead Generation & Opportunity Identification
Identify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and proactive outbound outreach
Research and build high-intent prospect lists across assigned regions or categories
Engage potential merchants through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Merchant Discovery & Solution Positioning
Understand merchant pain points and business challenges
Recommend relevant GoKwik solutions aligned with their needs
Qualify prospects and move them through the sales pipeline
Pipeline & Deal Management
Own and drive closures for smaller accounts and qualified leads
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and track conversations across CRM tools
Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent engagement with prospects
Product Demonstrations
Conduct engaging online product demos
Clearly explain platform capabilities and business benefits to merchants
Who You Are
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
Experience using lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales outreach tools
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong objection handling and follow-up discipline
Customer-first mindset with strong empathy and listening skills
Growth-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn and improve
