Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced
Assistant Manager – Projects (Horticulture)
to support project planning, execution, and monitoring. The role requires strong team-handling capabilities, daily activity planning, effective tracking of site operations, and timely reporting to the Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, and monitoring of horticulture projects.
Plan, allocate, and locate daily work activities across project sites.
Supervise and manage site teams, vendors, and subcontractors effectively.
Track assisted activities, work progress, manpower deployment, and material usage on a daily basis.
Ensure timely execution of tasks as per project timelines and quality standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management review.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Identify gaps, risks, or delays and proactively suggest corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company-defined horticulture standards.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong team management and leadership skills.
Excellent planning, tracking, and reporting abilities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple sites/activities simultaneously.
Sound knowledge of horticulture project execution and maintenance practices.
Qualification & Experience:
Degree/Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Management, or a related field (preferred).
Overall experience of
5–6 years
in horticulture projects.
Minimum
3 years of prior team-handling experience

Compensation:
CTC Range:
₹6,00,000 – ₹7,50,000 per annum
