As we scale our dark store footprint across cities, we are building a strong infrastructure and operations backbone to ensure every store launch is operationally ready, cost-efficient, and scalable from Day 1. Role Overview: We are looking for an Assistant Manager — Procurement & Admin (Infra & Setup) to become the physical backbone of our dark store expansion. This role is responsible for ensuring that every new store launch has the right infrastructure, in place, on time, and at the right cost. From racking systems to signage, cold storage to electrical fit-outs, you will own end-to-end procurement and vendor coordination for store infrastructure. This role demands someone who is relentless about timelines, ruthless in vendor negotiations, and detail-obsessed in execution. Key Responsibilities: A. Procurement & Vendor Management: • Own procurement of all in-store infrastructure including racks, crates, cold-chain units, signage, shelving, packaging stations, and electrical fixtures • Build and manage a vetted vendor panel; negotiate pricing, SLAs, and payment terms to optimize cost without compromising launch timelines • Drive competitive bidding processes and maintain procurement records with zero compliance gaps • Ensure timely vendor coordination and execution aligned with launch schedules B. Dark Store Setup & Coordination: • Manage end-to-end store fit-out timelines from lease signing to Day 1 operations-ready handover • Coordinate with Real Estate, Operations, and City Launch teams to align on store specifications and setup checklists • Conduct pre-launch audits to ensure every store meets operational and safety standards before go-live • Ensure all infrastructure and setup requirements are completed within committed timelines C.
