Responsibilities / Accountabilities-
Manage end to end training for the aligned F & A processes including new hire training, BAU interventions, for a span of 100+ FTEs - Manage multiple stakeholders- Create and maintain detailed training MI and documentation- Design, Develop and Deliver training on F&A product and process training on a need basis- Adhere to signed off Training Standard Documents, Governance Plans and any other prescribed regulations- Manage a team of core trainers Knowledge & Qualification- Graduate in Commerce- Proficient in the Finance and Accounting domain, with exposure to the BPO/BPM industry in the areas of PTP/OTC/RTR domain Preferred Certification- Finance and Accounting Certification Work Experience- Minimum 6-8 years of work experience in F&A, with good domain knowledge Additional information- Good Interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)- Good Communication skills- Good Presentation skills- Stakeholder Management
