You won't be executing someone else's playbook here. You'll be writing it. As an Associate Manager, you'll own our performance marketing channels account end-to-end - strategy, spends, creative direction, and outcomes. What you'll own
Full ownership of performance marketing channels (meta and google) - from strategy to execution to scale
Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across prospecting and retargeting with clear ROAS and CAC targets
Lead creative briefing - partner with the content team to develop ad creatives that convert, not just look good
Manage and scale budgets efficiently, with a sharp eye on unit economics
Run structured A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, etc., and build learnings around the results
Analyse performance data regularly and translate insights into action, not slides
What we're looking for
2-4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with strong Meta and Google ads expertise
Proven track record of managing high ad spends and hitting ROAS / CAC targets
Comfortable operating independently: you don't wait to be told what to test next
Strong analytical instincts: you can read a dashboard and know what question to ask next
Bonus: experience in lifestyle, fashion, or D2C is a strong plus.
