Job Role: Assistant Manager- Supply Partnerships

Amber is scaling its global marketplace, and supply growth is a critical piece to that engine.
We’re looking for someone who can add momentum to this engine.
This role sits at the forefront of our 0-1 strategy while entering into new regions. You’ll work directly on expanding our supply footprint across regions and shaping how new partners enter the Amber ecosystem.

What you’ll do
Lead onboarding and activation of supply partners across key region.
Own the full lifecycle from partner discovery to go-live and growth later on.
Learn to build scalable onboarding frameworks that reduce friction and improve speed
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations to improve partner experience
Track performance metrics and continuously improve onboarding quality
Act as a growth operator, balancing execution speed with process excellence.

Who you are
2–5 years experience in partnerships, marketplace ops, overseas B2B, or onboarding roles (exposure is good enough, with an intent to go deeper in this)
Have an operator mindset, you love learning and building processes, not just manage tasks
Comfortable with data, dashboards, and performance metrics
Problem Solver who thrives in fast-moving environments
Excellent communication with external partners
High ownership, calm head on their shoulders and strong aptitude for execution.
Experience in marketplaces / SaaS / Prop-tech is a plus, but exposure to Global Sales/Operations or Partnerships is a MUST.
