Role Overview: To ensure seamless execution of skill assessments, certification processes, regulatory compliance, and academic credit management in support of Medhavi Skills University’s skill education ecosystem. Key Deliverables: Coordinate with Assessment Agencies and Training partners for all assessment-related activities Plan and manage TOA (Training of Assessors) and TOT (Training of Trainers) programs Monitor performance and compliance of Training Partners and Assessment Agencies Prepare, analyze, and publish assessment results, MIS, and performance reports Handle multiple skill development and certification projects Manage and operate the SIDH Portal, ensuring accuracy and process compliance Oversee issuance of certificates through various government and institutional portals Upload student credits and academic records on the on the National Academic Depository (NAD) in a timely and error-free manner Regular follow-up and coordination with: ➢ Training Partners ➢ NCVET ➢ NSDC ➢ Assessment Agencies Support other departmental activities related to skill development and certifications Qualifications & Skills Required : Graduate Proficiency in MS Excel and SIDH Portal 2 – 6 years of work experience Strong verbal and written communication skills What We Offer Being a key player in something potentially massive and world-changing Salary best in the industry.
