About the Role:
Teabox is looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Assistant Manager / Manager – Marketplaces to build and scale our presence across Q-commerce and non-Amazon marketplaces. You will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing marketplace strategies from scratch. This role demands ownership, creativity, and a strong bias for action to help us scale rapidly across emerging platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate and manage major Q-commerce and marketplace platforms such as Blinkit, BigBasket, Flipkart, Meesho and other new emerging channels.
Own the end-to-end marketplace lifecycle from onboarding and catalog setup to campaign execution, ad optimization, and revenue scaling.
Take full ownership of P&L for each channel, driving revenue growth while maintaining efficiency and profitability.
Build and continuously refine playbooks for marketplace success, establishing scalable processes as the business grows.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, operations) and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and channel metrics to generate actionable insights and improve ROI.
Manage relationships with marketplace account managers and act as a strong “people partner” across stakeholders.
Ensure operational excellence with high attention to detail across listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
What We’re Looking For:
2 years of experience in marketplace management, e-commerce, or Q-commerce domains.
Demonstrated experience in building and scaling channels from scratch where you enjoy creating something new and taking ownership.
Strong proficiency in platforms, tools, campaign planning, and performance analytics.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into business outcomes.
Highly resourceful, scrappy, and comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
Self-starter attitude—you don’t wait for instructions and can independently solve problems and drive initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on collaboration and relationship-building.
Detail-oriented, organized, and highly energetic in approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in high-growth startups or D2C brands.
Familiarity with marketplace dashboards, ad platforms, and analytics tools.
