Role: Assistant Manager-Inventory and Inward
Location: Gurgaon-Tauru
Managing end to end Inventory Management function for WH and ensuring the profitable operation.
Job Description
1. Managing inbound activity by distributing work among the team to ensure all GRN done in the system timely and accurately.
2. To ensure the PUTAWAY done in the warehouse with 100% accuracy
3. Inventory Reconciliations and MIS
4. Overall control of Fulfilment Center, Doing timely cycle count and to ensure zero variance.
5. Ensuring stock checks (weekly & monthly), Ensure inventory accuracy in ERP/WMS as per physical available ,doing regular cycle counts.
6. Shrinkage, Dump, Damages control / reporting, Reduction in pilferage / shrink levels.
7. Location wise asset ownership – recording, reconciliation, Periodic verification.
8. Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly management reports/presentations to provide information to leadership.
Qualification: Any Graduate with strong analytical skill, MBA Preferred
Experience: 6-8 years
Specific Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skill, Good in
data management and analytics, Excel Advance, Logic ERP, Uniware
