Work you'll do
As an Assistant Manager, Standardized Strategic Support Services on the Global Strategic Insights Center team, you will be responsible for:
Developing account relationships and designing market-facing strategic insights solutions for senior leadership to support business development, client engagement, practice development, and eminence priorities
Leading consultative discussions with stakeholders across the Deloitte network to assess business needs and tailor research and insights solutions
Managing existing customer relationships, increasing engagement, and identifying opportunities to expand demand for the team’s services
Synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research, financial analysis, and strategic frameworks into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership
Managing project execution, quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations while coordinating with Deloitte colleagues across geographies
Leading operational workstreams and mentoring team members

Global Strategic Insights Center provides secondary research and analysis services to global Deloitte Member Firms supporting pursuit, business development, practice development, and client engagements. The team uses exclusive sources, specialized research skills, and industry expertise to develop insightful research reports, delivering significant value to customers across Deloitte’s global network. Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
Postgraduate degree
6-8 years of experience, including 2+ years in research and insight generation
Experience in stakeholder management and account management
Experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis, including financial statement analysis and use of strategic or forecasting frameworks
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience using research tools such as Capital IQ, Refinitiv, and Factiva
Preferred:
Experience supporting business development, pursuit, practice development, or eminence initiatives
Experience creating presentations or reports for senior leadership
Experience mentoring or coaching team members
Experience identifying cross-sell or up-sell opportunities
Experience in one or more industries with knowledge of industry trends, benchmarks, and operating dynamics
Ability to travel 0%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
