Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding clients within set KPIs, setting client expectations, managing projects, and ensuring cross-functional alignment for a successful go-live. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. Key Responsibilities: Client Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely and successful implementation of our SaaS solutions. Meet or exceed set KPIs related to onboarding timelines, client satisfaction, and project completion. Expectation Setting: Clearly communicate project scope, timelines, and deliverables to clients. Set and manage client expectations regarding the onboarding process, potential challenges, and success metrics. Project Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including task assignments, milestones, and deadlines. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all project tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes. Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Technical Support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding. Facilitate cross-functional meetings and communications to address client needs and project requirements. Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients during the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Conduct training sessions and workshops to help clients effectively use our platform. Continuous Improvement: Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process. Work with the Onboarding Lead to implement process enhancements and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. 3 - 10 years Proven experience in client onboarding, project management, or customer success within a SaaS environment. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work. Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
