Job Responsibilities :
* Drive end-to-end lead sourcing to loan disbursal for restaurant partners in
the assigned region by building and maintaining strong relationships with
restaurant owners and decision-makers.
* Build a strong outbound lead engine through direct outreach to restaurants,
local networks, and market intelligence. Build relationships with restaurant
owners, DSAs, CAs, brokers, and local associations & business groups for lead
generation.
* Generate demand through new initiatives and on-ground activations by
identifying expansion-stage and growth-stage restaurants for capex and working
capital financing.
* Conduct daily field visits and on-ground activations to generate and
convert high-quality restaurant partner leads.
* Collaborate with Swiggy sales teams to capture leads and lenders to drive
conversions and deal closure. Conduct weekly cadence calls with Account
management teams and leadership stakeholders.
* Own and track pipeline, conversions, and ensure achievement of monthly
disbursement & sales targets, with focus on high-ticket deals.
* Provide on-ground market insights on restaurant trends, credit demand, and
competition to refine strategy.
* Conducting workshops and collaborate with Marketing team to design
collaterals for the restaurant promotions and on ground campaigns.
* Travel extensively each month within the assigned territory to build
relationships with partners, sales account managers and stakeholders while
driving performance and conversions.
