Key Responsibilities 1. Billing & Financial Assistance Support invoice processing and vendor bills Maintain expense records and petty cash Assist accounts team with documentation 6. Compliance & Site Facilities Ensure site complies with company policies and basic regulations Manage office facilities (site office setup, supplies, utilities) Support safety documentation (though handled mainly by HSE team) 🛠️ Required Skills Strong organizational and multitasking ability Good communication (written & verbal) Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Basic understanding of EPC project workflow Attention to detail and time management 🎓 Typical Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BCom, BA, or similar) 10–20 years of experience in construction/EPC/admin roles preferred
