Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets across all teams.
Track performance metrics (individual, team, and overall) and ensure consistent achievement.
Analyze sales data and trends to identify gaps, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.
Conduct regular reviews with Team Leaders to monitor team health, motivation, and effectiveness.
Share insights and updates with the Sales Manager regarding performance, market behavior, and team feedback.
Assist in designing and rolling out incentive plans and contests to boost productivity.
Monitor process adherence, call quality (in case of telecalling), and compliance standards.
Lead training, upskilling, and onboarding sessions for new Team Leaders and high-potential agents.
Handle second-level escalations and critical client issues if passed up by Team Leaders.
