Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager in the Fulfillment Support department is responsible for assisting the Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team. This role involves ensuring efficient order fulfillment, resolving customer issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist the Manager in managing the Fulfillment Support team
Oversee order processing and fulfillment to meet customer expectations
Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and efficiency
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in a similar role in the Fulfillment Support department
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of order processing systems and customer service best practices
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
