1. Schedule repair, maintenance; and installation of machines. tools,
and equipment to ensure
continuous production operations.
2 Review job orders to determine work priorities.
3. Direct maintenance activities on utility systems to provide continuo
its supply of heat, steam,
electrical power, gas, or compressed air required for operations.
4. Direct workers and contractors engaged in buildings and grounds
maintenance activities, such as
snow and ice removal, mowing lawns, removing weeds, and raking and
disposing of leaves and
refuse.
5. Develop preventive maintenance program in conjunction with maintenance
staff
6. Review production, quality control, and maintenance reports and
statistics to plan and modify
maintenance activities.
7. Preventive Maintenance of Instrumentation / HMI / PLC programming.
8. Inspect operating machines and equipment for conformance with
operational standards.
9. Plan, develop, and implement new methods and procedures designed to
improve operations,
minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and
materials.
10. Requisition of tools, equipment and supplies required for
operations.
11. Direct training and indoctrination of workers to improve work
performance and acquaint workers
with company policies and procedures.
12. To Ensure the Quality Management System (QMS). Environmental
Management System (EMS)
and Energy Management System ISO 50001:2018 established and effectively
implemented.
