Strategic Marketing Planning:
The Deputy Marketing Manager is responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company’s business objectives. This includes conducting detailed market research, analyzing industry trends, and understanding customer needs to create strategies that boost market share and competitive advantage. The manager also ensures marketing activities support business growth across all product and service lines.

Brand Management:
The role involves building and maintaining a strong brand identity by ensuring consistency in visual, verbal, and experiential branding across all platforms. The Deputy Marketing Manager is tasked with refining brand guidelines, enhancing brand recall, and driving brand equity through consistent messaging, storytelling, and effective brand positioning strategies that resonate with the target audience.
3.
Digital & Performance Marketing:
The Deputy Marketing Manager leads all digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising. He is responsible for optimizing digital performance through data-driven decisions, managing digital assets like websites and landing pages, and leveraging analytics tools to track performance metrics such as engagement rates, conversion rates, cost per lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Lead Generation & Conversion:
A core responsibility is to generate qualified leads through targeted campaigns, partnerships, and strategic outreach efforts. The Deputy Marketing Manager collaborates closely with the sales team to nurture these leads and improve conversion rates, while also creating marketing collateral like brochures, proposals, and case studies that support the sales process and customer acquisition efforts.

Product & Campaign Marketing:
The Deputy Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal marketing drives. This includes defining go-to-market strategies, developing campaign messaging, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery and evaluation of each campaign to maximize customer engagement and sales impact.

Team & Agency Management:
This role involves leading the internal marketing team and managing relationships with creative agencies, digital vendors, and third-party service providers. The Deputy Marketing Manager ensures alignment of all partners with company goals, assigns responsibilities effectively, and monitors the timely and quality delivery of all outsourced and in-house marketing activities.
7.
Budgeting & Reporting:
The Deputy Marketing Manager is accountable for preparing the annual marketing budget, allocating funds to various campaigns and activities, and ensuring cost efficiency in all marketing spends. Regular performance tracking through dashboards and MIS reports is a key part of the role, helping management assess the impact of marketing initiatives and make informed decisions.
