Managing end to end account for Quick Commerce channel
Responsible to deliver Primary & Secondary business growth and maintain the P&L of assigned accounts
Making business plans and strategies for assigned accounts in sync with the manager and department HOD
Must be able understand the operating model of QC & leverage platform insights to refine assortment and identify emerging trends
Drive sales volume, visibility, and share of category across platform
Responsible for managing account wise discounting, consumer promos, reconciliation and settlements
Negotiate annual business plans, TOTs (Terms of Trade), and JBP (Joint Business Plans)
Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors and updating the manager about the same
Reviewing monthly, quarterly and yearly sale of the assigned accounts and coming up with the required plan of action
Optimize product listings, pricing, and delivery SLAs to enhance customer experience and GMV
Plan and execute platform ads, manage visibility spends, banners, search ranking etc.
Work closely with platforms on campaign calendars & events
Keeping up to date about company products, services and schemes and updating the channel partners about the same
Must be open to travel for monthly or quarterly meetings with QC Partners
Keeping the AR at a healthy level and consistent effort to reduce outstanding
Attending weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly meeting/reviews of the company
