Section II: Job Summary
Electrical R&D (BESS) will lead and
manage the research and development of electrical systems and subsystems
related to Battery Energy Storage Systems. The role includes overseeing
technical teams, guiding innovation in power electronics, battery management
systems (BMS), control algorithms, and ensuring compliance with safety and
performance standards. The Sr Mgr will collaborate cross-functionally to
bring cutting-edge BESS solutions from concept to production.

Lead electrical R&D efforts
for BESS, including inverter design, control systems, power conversion, and
protection systems.
Supervise development and validation of BMS and energy management
systems.
Direct prototype development, testing, and performance analysis.
Stay abreast of advancements in electrical engineering, energy
storage, and power electronics to drive innovation.
Coordinate with product design, manufacturing, and QA teams to ensure
design for manufacturability and reliability.
Guide team in simulation, modeling, and hardware-in-loop testing of
systems.
Review and approve technical documentation, test plans, and design
reports.
Ensure compliance with relevant international standards (UL, IEC,
IEEE, etc.).
Manage R&D budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
Mentor and develop engineering talent within the team.

Description
Design and solutioning of lithium ion battery systems ,
knowledge of the factor for calculations and designing of battery pack ,
responsible for approvals of products , should have knowledge of standards
requirement of lithium ion packs in system segment

Candidate should have rich experience - 10 ~ 12 yrs in BESS ,
UPS products and must have experience in DOE and DVP of lithium ion products
. Must had working in High voltage system and aware of certificates and
regulations of products
