About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creatively driven Assistant Brand Manager who will be closely involved in brand building, content execution, and design management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of creativity and execution, ensuring the brand’s visual and communication language remains premium, sharp, and consistent across all touchpoints.
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms — digital, packaging, client presentations, and collaterals
Translate brand vision into compelling visual and written communication
Develop brand storytelling for new launches, collections, and partnerships
Own and manage the content calendar across digital platforms
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for content creation (social media, website, campaigns)
Review and refine content to ensure alignment with brand tone, aesthetics, and positioning
Work closely with graphic designers, photographers, and creative agencies
Develop clear briefs and ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets
Maintain strong control over visual aesthetics, packaging design, and brand guidelines
Act as a key point of contact for creative and digital agencies
Manage timelines, feedback loops, and deliverables
Support end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand activations
Coordinate across teams to ensure seamless rollout
Track campaign performance and optimize ongoing initiatives
Skills Required
Strong eye for design, aesthetics, and detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong project management and multitasking abilities
Good understanding of social media and digital content trends
Ability to manage agencies and creative workflows
Proactive, hands-on, and execution-focused approach
Experience
Minimum
4+ years
of experience in Brand / Marketing / Content-led roles
Experience in
beauty, lifestyle, luxury, or hospitality segments
preferred
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
MBA (Marketing/Branding) preferred
