You will own how Turno shows up visually across brands, verticals, and platforms — from sales decks to social posts, from hoardings to enterprise presentations.

What You’ll Own
Clarity-Driven Layouts
Design structured, information-first layouts that simplify financing models, ROI comparisons, lifecycle journeys, leasing structures, and product education.
System Building
Create scalable templates, grid systems, iconography, and visual frameworks that work across formats and languages.
Multi-Segment Communication
Design for drivers, fleet owners, enterprise buyers, and institutional stakeholders — different audiences, same need for trust.
Cross-Channel Consistency
Ensure visual coherence across digital, print, retail, sales, and field marketing.
Business Integration
Work closely with content, growth, and product teams to translate strategy into visual communication that drives decisions.
What We’re Looking For
7+ years in visual design, layout design, or art direction
Strong fundamentals in typography, hierarchy, and grid systems
Experience in B2B or high-consideration categories preferred
Ability to simplify financial or technical information visually
Experience building scalable design systems
Hands-on executor, not just a concept thinker
