Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Area Support Executive to oversee and enhance our support services within designated regions. This role requires a proactive person who can effectively coordinate implementation, technical, and field support operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the rollout of support initiatives across the region.
Provide technical support, ensuring prompt resolution of client issues and inquiries.
Manage field support operations, ensuring that all on-site support activities meet company standards.
Establish effective troubleshooting protocols to diagnose and resolve client issues swiftly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their support needs are met.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
Minimum 1+ years in Support Role, willing to travel with the region
Should be proficient in English and Local Language
Proficiency in support management software and tools.
