</ul></div><h3>ABOUT THE ROLE: </h3>
<p>As an Area Sales Specialist (Working Capital) you will be advising businesses on optimizing cash flow, improving liquidity, and managing short-term financial resources efficiently. The role involves analyzing working capital cycles, identifying operational inefficiencies, recommending financial strategies, and supporting businesses in maintaining healthy cash positions and sustainable growth. </p>
<ul>
<li>Analyze the company’s working capital structure, cash flow, and liquidity position.</li>
<li>Review accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory management, and cash conversion cycles.</li>
<li>Develop strategies to optimize working capital and improve operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Advise clients on cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and short-term financing solutions.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to reduce outstanding receivables and improve collections.</li>
<li>Recommend vendor payment optimization and inventory control measures.</li>
<li>Prepare financial models, MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.</li>
<li>Support businesses in securing working capital financing from banks or financial institutions. Conduct financial risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams, auditors, lenders, and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.</li>
<li>Provide insights for business expansion, restructuring, or turnaround initiatives. </li>
