Job Description: Reporting – Territory Head - India. Job Location – Mumbai Division – AECO Job Description: Lead the Sales Cycle: Manage the end-to-end buying process, from initial discovery and pipeline building to complex negotiations and closing. Collaborate for Success: Act as the "quarterback" for your accounts, partnering with Product Sales Executives and Sales Engineering teams to deliver high-impact demonstrations and technical proof-of-concepts. Territory Planning: Research and execute long-range territory plans that ensure consistent quota attainment and long-term customer health. Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and product enhancements to act as a subject matter expert for your clients. Promotional Activities: Organize and participate in segment-specific promotional events such as roadshows, seminars, and industry expos. Travel extensively across regions to promote Trimble MEP products and services. Measures of Success Achievement of Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed assigned overall and region-wise sales goals. Year-Over-Year Growth: Demonstrate measurable growth in revenue and market share within the assigned territory and segment. New Account Acquisition: Successfully onboard new customers and generate revenue from newly acquired accounts. Sales Funnel Development: Build and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring continuous sales momentum and future growth. Qualifications & Skills Proven Performance: 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding an annual quota. Industry Expertise: Direct experience in the construction industry or selling construction-tech (AECO) is highly preferred. Familiarity with MEP workflows is a significant plus. Consultative Selling: Mastery of modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, or Gap Selling) with the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder deals. Technical Aptitude: Ability to comfortably discuss cloud integrations, BIM, and data-driven construction workflows. Communication Excellence: Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to command a room—from the job site trailer to the C-suite. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil), Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
