Role Summary
Lead regional sales, manage the field sales team, and actively drive
on-ground retailer onboarding, consumer electronics sales, and fintech adoption
across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Drive area-wise sales targets through
field execution and market coverage
Lead, train, and monitor Field Sales Executives
Personally visit key markets/retailers for onboarding and relationship building
Ensure strong retailer acquisition and category expansion
Drive adoption of fintech solutions (UPI, POS, BNPL, credit)
Manage distributors and channel partners
Track performance, market trends, and competitor activity
Requirements
4–8 years of experience in
field sales + team handling
Background in consumer electronics / retail distribution
Strong understanding of fintech/digital payments
Willingness for extensive field travel
