Responsible for network expansion of Bosch Car Service (BCS) in the specified territory
Responsible for Secondary Sales and consumption through Bosch Car Service
Responsible for achieving set targets of WSMS enrollment & adoption at BCS workshop.
Deploy Service Development Policy and drive the Key initiatives.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain Workshop Quality Standard SQA & SQT on desired level.
Initiate and implement Sales campaigns at BCS level to increase customers footfalls.
Technical Understanding of products and its usage as USP in sales
Willingness for extensive traveling.
B.E/B. Tech from reputed Institutes, MBA/PGDBM would be an added advantage
· Min.2-4 Years of Work Experience in Automotive Aftermarket
· Knowledge and Experience of Sales Function /Concept Selling/Dealer Devlopment
· An Effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills, problem solving organizational abilities
· Knowledge of Excel / Word & other IT tools
· Ability to liaison between cross functional teams
· Ability to influence
· Should possess Leadership skills
